About me:
Engineer, nature lover, long-term volunteer in an animal shelter (dog walking, socialization, providing foster home). Experience with both cats and dogs. I live with a dog lady, adopted from a shelter that is friendly with other dogs. Have completed a training course in dog behavior problem management and continue to deepen my knowledge in animal welfare and training, because this topic is really interesting for me. I practice ethical and positive methods of interacting with animals. I perfectly understand that each animal needs an individual approach. I spend working days in a dog-friendly office in Agenskalns neighborhood. If You choose your pet is staying with me, than it will live with us in a three-room apartment in Purvciems, but because I really care about my dog's well-being, currently I do not take new client dogs whom I did not dogsit previously. At short notice, we had to leave our cat Zefir in Riga for nearly two weeks. Anfisa came and fed and played with him during this time. She gave us frequent updates and photos. She clearly loves animals and she was concerned about our cat’s welfare. You can trust your cat (and your flat!) with her.
